I’ve worked in the Community Involvement Team for about a year, I really enjoy working with residents and encouraging them to get involved.
 
I started working here in October last year and I’ve enjoyed getting to know the residents.

I started in the Customer Contact Centre four years ago and I’ve never looked back.

 
My job is to be there for residents. I help them with any housing issues but it’s also my job to make sure they are happy where they living.

Shaping the service we deliver

Test 1

We work with residents and staff to ensure their views are heard. This means developing opportunities for them to influence the decisions that are made about their home, the services received from us and other agencies. We also provide information and support in accessing local resources and participating in the community.
